  • How do I create a Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach account?

    To create a Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach account, download the app from the App Store and follow the onboarding flow. You’ll receive a one-time password (OTP) via email to securely complete registration.

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you forgot your password, go to the login screen and tap 'Forgot Password'. You'll receive a one-time password (OTP) via email to reset it securely.

  • Can I change my email address?

    Yes, you can request to update your email address by contacting our support team at admin@fitbe.io or using the contact form on our website or within the app settings.

  • How do I update my personal information?

    You can update your personal details like age, weight, height, and gender in the app by navigating to Settings > Profile.

  • How do I delete my Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach account?

    To delete your account, go to Settings > Account and select "Delete Account". Please make sure to cancel your active subscription in the app before requesting account deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Can I use my account on multiple devices?

    Yes, you can log into your Fitbe account on multiple devices. Your data will sync automatically as long as you have an internet connection.
