If you purchased your subscription via the App Store, cancel it through your Apple ID: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach. If you subscribed via our website, open the app and go to Profile > Subscription to cancel it directly.
For App Store subscriptions, manage your plan in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For web purchases, open the Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach app and go to Profile > Subscription to view or manage your plan.
A 7-day free trial will soon be available for subscriptions purchased via our website. Stay tuned for the launch!
Payments are processed via the App Store or Stripe (for website purchases). Accepted methods include credit and debit cards. PayPal is not currently supported.
If you subscribed via the App Store, refunds must be requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For subscriptions purchased on our website, contact us at admin@fitbe.io to request a refund.
Fitbe Gym & Fitness Coach offers 1-month, 6-month, and 12-month subscription options. Each plan includes full access to personalized workouts, AI coaching, and progress tracking.
